Rein Voigt
Mr. Voigt joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer in December 2016 and was named President & CEO, and a member of its Board of Directors, in June 2019. For more than 20 years his career has been focused on operations with a strong focus on P&L optimization, strategic planning, finance and financial reporting. Previously, Mr. Voigt was President and COO of TEReI International, a merchant bank focused on small to mid-cap markets in North and South America. Prior to that he was COO of Facey Telecom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Facey Commodity Company, a billion-dollar conglomerate operating in the Caribbean and South America.
Vernon A. LoForti
Mr. LoForti joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer in July 2010. He oversees all finance, administrative, information technology, investor relations and legal aspects of the Company. Previously, Mr. LoForti served in a number of executive positions at Overland Storage, Inc., a global supplier of data protection appliances. After joining in 1995, he led the company’s IPO, and later served as its CEO. Prior to that, he was VP Finance at Intermark, Inc., a billion-dollar publicly held conglomerate, a company he joined after leaving his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles, CA.
